Refund Policy

Effective date: December 26, 2025

This Refund Policy applies to all coaching services, training courses, and subscription plans offered by UsaKartu through www.usakartu.com.

1. Nature of the services

UsaKartu provides digital services, including:
• Online coaching sessions
• Digital training courses and educational content
• Subscription-based access to coaching and training resources
Services are made available immediately after payment.

2. Right of withdrawal (EU users)

In accordance with Article 16(a) and 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once:
• The service has begun with the user’s prior consent, or
• Digital content has been accessed.
By subscribing or purchasing a course, you:
• Request immediate access to the services, and
• Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is granted.

3. Subscription plans

UsaKartu offers:
• Monthly subscription (recurring payment)
• Yearly subscription (one-time annual payment)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. General refund policy

Monthly subscriptions
• Payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started
• You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges
• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current month
Yearly subscriptions
• Yearly plans are non-refundable, including partial refunds
• Early cancellation stops future renewal but does not generate a refund

5. Coaching sessions & training courses

Refunds are not available for:
• Coaching sessions already delivered or started
• Training courses that have been accessed, streamed, or downloaded
• Missed coaching sessions due to user unavailability

6. Exceptional refund cases

A refund may be considered only if:
• Duplicate payment was made
• A technical issue caused by UsaKartu prevents access to the service
If approved, refunds are issued:
• To the original payment method, or
• As account credit, at our discretion

7. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be granted for:
• Change of mind or lack of usage
• Failure to cancel a subscription on time
• Dissatisfaction related to personal expectations or results
• Internet issues, device incompatibility, or user-side problems

8. Fees

• All administrative and service fees are non-refundable
• Transaction or payment processor fees may be deducted from approved refunds

9. Refund request procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the payment date and include:
• Full name
• Registered email address
• Payment reference
• Reason for the request

10. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

11. Abuse & fraud

UsaKartu reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
